  • 2 Cups Cooked Sweet Potato
  • 1 Cup Blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 Cup Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Butter
  • 2-4 Drops Liquid Stevia (optional)

Mix all ingredients in your food processor. Pour into pie crust (see gluten free almond flour pie crust recipe below).


  • 2 Cups Almond Flour
  • 1/4 Tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 Large Egg

Pulse flour& salt in food processor. Add coconut oil & egg; pulse until it forms a ball. Spread out dough into pie plate. Bake at 350 for 8-12 minutes.

  • Only 1 ingredient! - 1 Large Sweet Potato 
  • Wash thoroughly & slice off the ends. Then slice length wise in 1/2 inch slices.
  • Toast slices in your toaster on HI power 3-4 times, depending on the strength of your toaster. 

4 Heathy Ways To Top Your Sweet Potato Toast Base Recipe

  • Cream Cheese & Cinnamon - We used Kite Hill's dairy-free version
  • Avocado, Lemon Juice, Basil
  • Peanut Butter & "Jelly" 
  • Hi Protein Chocolate Banana - 1 Tbsp of each (vanilla protein powder, unsweetened cocoa powder,  unsweetened almond milk). Top with banana slices. We used Max's Best Bootcamp Protein Powder, but you may use your fave brand.
